Last Monday we were invited by Amsterdam hotspot ‘Bo Cinq’ for a DIY dinner & cocktail night. Not totally DIY of course, we had some help from the chef and cocktail shaker. After an intensive cooking sessions with loads of explosive spices, we could enjoy our three course menu with its highlight ‘Ramza Huraira Machzie’. It really is interesting to know what kind of ingredients are in the courses you’re eating. After that we had a cocktail workshop where we could experiment with the traditional Mojito. The blogger with the best mix would win a spot on the new menu with your very own cocktail. The winning cocktail was a Mojito mixed with Cucumber by Monique from Culy.nl. You can taste the cocktail at Bo Cinq… it’s called Monique’s Mojito… A new style of having dinner and drinks… very refreshing!!!!
